I love my job because of… the speed. We are a relatively small development team, which means we can move fast. One developer can have a great idea or hear about a new technology and within an hour we can be building or using it.

I was drawn to work for DMi Partners because of… its focus on training and development.
My favorite thing about working at DMi Partners is… my coworkers. I work with ridiculously talented developers and am always learning something new.
I’ve been working at DMi Partners… 2 ½ years.
The project I’ve worked on at DMi Partners that I’m most proud of is… Prism, our content management system. We just finished up development and it’s awesome. It will empower our company to do amazing things for our clients.
My favorite thing about the Philadelphia office is… the flexibility. I love being able to hit the gym over lunch. An exercise break in the middle of the day really energizes me.
My favorite color is… this question is unfair. (I’m colorblind)
My favorite springtime activity is… hiking! I love packing up and hitting the trail for a couple of days. I’m really excited to start planning trips.
My favorite thing about April is… running outside. After running on treadmills all winter, I’m dying for some nice weather.
One thing I’m currently learning how to do is… snowboard! Well, was learning… I guess I have about 9 months off.
Right now, I’m most excited about… summer!
My children are… Domenick, 3, and Henry, 9 months.
